BURJ AL ARAB | Glass Replacement
The Burj Al Arab is one of the world's most recognisable luxury hotels and one of the most technically demanding buildings to work on.
ABAS was engaged to carry out glass replacement works on the facade, requiring precision rope access operations and strict adherence to the building's operational requirements.
All works were completed with zero disruption to hotel guests and operations.
DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT | Glass Replacement
Dubai International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world, making any facade intervention a logistically complex undertaking. ABAS carried out glass replacement works within the terminal environment, coordinating closely with airport authorities to ensure works were executed safely and within strict operational windows.
DIFC INNOVATION HUB | Fabrication, Supply & Installation of Curtain Wall Partition | 2024
The DIFC Innovation Hub required a high-specification curtain wall partition system befitting one of Dubai's premier financial and innovation districts. ABAS handled the full scope — from fabrication through to on-site installation — delivering a clean, modern glazing solution that met both the aesthetic and structural requirements of the space.
JUMEIRAH BEACH HOTEL - DHOW & ANCHOR | Design, Fabrication & Installation of Curtain Wall
ABAS was appointed to design, fabricate, and install the curtain wall system for the Dhow & Anchor Restaurant at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The project demanded a solution that complemented the hotel's distinctive architecture while meeting the performance requirements of a coastal, high-humidity environment. The completed installation remains a seamless part of the restaurant's interior-exterior experience.

The Jumeirah Emirates Towers is one of Dubai's landmark commercial developments.
ABAS was responsible for the design, fabrication, supply, and installation of the curtain wall system at the main entrance of the Office Tower.

DMC Buildings, Dubai Media City Glass Replacement
