Al Behar Al Sabaa (ABAS) is a specialist aluminium and facade contractor based in the UAE, delivering design, fabrication, supply, and installation of facade systems for some of the region's most recognised developments.
Founded by Jomon Joseph in 2007, the company was built on nearly three decades of hands-on industry experience — from site operations to complex curtain wall execution. Today, ABAS employs 44+ trained professionals and serves developers, main contractors, and facility management companies across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
The Founder
Jomon Joseph began his career in 1995 with Alico Aluminium, one of the leading aluminium and facade companies in the Middle East. Starting from the ground level, he spent over a decade gaining deep technical expertise in facade systems, aluminium fabrication, curtain wall technology, and high-rise project execution.
In 2007, he founded Al Behar Al Sabaa with a clear focus: to deliver technically sound, professionally managed facade solutions to the UAE's growing construction market. What started as a fabrication and installation business has grown into a full-service facade contractor with a track record on landmark projects including the Burj Al Arab, Dubai International Airport, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, and the DIFC Innovation Hub.
In 2021, Jomon further expanded his operations by establishing Prime Facade Technical Services (Prime FTS) in Dubai — a specialist high-rise facade maintenance company — reflecting the group's continued growth and commitment to the UAE construction industry.
The Team
ABAS operates with a workforce of 44+ skilled professionals including facade engineers, aluminium fabricators, glazing specialists, and rope access technicians. Our team is structured to handle projects from initial design and estimation through to on-site installation and post-completion inspection.
Every member of the ABAS team is trained to operate within the safety and quality standards expected on high-profile commercial and hospitality developments. We invest in our people because the quality of our work depends entirely on the people doing it.

We work directly with main contractors, project managers, developers, and facility management teams. Our in-house fabrication capability means we control quality at every stage, from raw material to finished installation.
