We design, fabricate, and install aluminium windows and doors tailored to the structural and aesthetic requirements of each project. Curtain Wall Systems Design, Fabrication, Supply & Installation
Curtain wall systems are our core speciality. We have designed, fabricated, and installed curtain wall solutions on some of the UAE's most recognised structures — including the Jumeirah Emirates Towers and the DIFC Innovation Hub.
We handle the full scope: structural analysis, profile fabrication, glazing supply, on-site installation, and post-installation inspection. Our team is experienced in both unitised and stick-built systems and works closely with main contractors and project managers to meet programme requirements.
Glass Replacement — High-Rise Buildings Rope Access & Elevated Works
Glass failure in high-rise buildings requires a fast, safe, and technically sound response. ABAS operates a specialist glass replacement team trained for elevated and rope access work, capable of deploying across the UAE on short notice.

Glass Partitions Fabrication, Supply & Installation
We supply and install glass partition systems for commercial and hospitality interiors. Our partition solutions are designed to balance spatial flexibility with structural integrity, using framed, semi-framed, and frameless configurations depending on the project requirement.
All systems are fabricated in-house and installed to specification, with a range of glazing options including clear, frosted, tinted, and acoustic glass.
Water Leakage Rectification Facade & Glazing Systems
Water ingress through facade glazing, curtain walls, and aluminium joinery is one of the most common — and most damaging — issues in UAE buildings. We carry out detailed diagnostic assessments to identify the source of leakage before any remediation work begins, ensuring the fix addresses the root cause rather than the symptom.
Our rectification work covers sealant failure, gasket replacement, frame defects, and structural movement-related gaps. Works are carried out with minimal disruption to building occupants.
Facade Maintenance Scheduled & Reactive Maintenance Contracts
